Do you need an audit?
Answer a few brief questions confidentially and discover if your company might be legally required to submit its annual accounts to an audit according to the new Law 10/2024.
Takes less than 1 minute.
1. Is your company a Public Limited Company (SA) or a Private Limited Company (SL)?
2. During the last two financial years, have you exceeded at least two of these criteria?
Check all options that apply to your business during the last two years:
1. Has your company exceeded an annual turnover of €10,000,000 for two consecutive financial years?
This is a special financial control threshold independent of the previous 3 criteria.
2. Is your company a foundation or an entity subject to specific regulation?
Including entities receiving relevant subsidies, stock market sector, or under additional supervisory bodies.
Your company might be required to perform an audit
According to the test data, your entity exceeds the volume thresholds set by Law 10/2024. To avoid penalties and ensure regulatory compliance, it is key to plan and verify mandatory accounting audits.
A legal obligation might exist due to specific regulation
As a foundation, public interest entity, special cooperative, or entity under specific financial and subsidy regulations, it is crucial to assess your organization's financial control commitments.
No direct legal obligation identified
You may not be legally required. However, conducting a voluntary audit will help provide maximum transparency, build bank trust, attract investors, and secure your accounting.
